Adult Nurse Manager - Community Complex Care | North London | Up to £45,000 + Benefits
Are you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community? We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and growing healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care.

Based in North London, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs.

What's on offer:
Salary up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working - 1 day from home, 4 days in the community
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - no nights or weekends
33 days holiday including bank holidays

Mileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mile

Key responsibilities - Adult Nurse Manager:
Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
Deliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication management
Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
Build strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring ongoing support and communication
Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages

What we're looking for:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Hands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support (within the past 2 years)
Leadership skills suited to Band 5 or Band 6 nurses
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families and colleagues
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
