Meadowvale Care Home is a purpose built care home located in Bathgate, West Lothian, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 52 residents. With an experienced team and a strong focus on person centred care, the home offers a supportive and well established environment where team members can feel valued and confident in their role.

Care Assistant – Nightshift

  • £13.45 per hour
  • 44 hours per week

  • Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role OverviewAs a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents during the night, ensuring their comfort, safety and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, mobility and repositioning, support with nutrition and hydration where required, and respond promptly to call bells and any changes in condition.

You will follow individual care plans, work closely with the nursing team and help maintain a calm, safe and reassuring environment throughout the night. Your role will focus on dignity, respect and providing consistent, high quality care.

This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care, with full training and ongoing support provided.
