Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pmA busy West London residential property business is looking for an organised Tenancy Accounting & Property Manager to join their team.This is a varied role combining tenancy accounting, lettings administration and day-to-day property management, supporting the smooth running of a busy residential portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.Key Skills Property Management | Lettings Accounts | Tenancy Administration | Rent Arrears | Landlord Statements | Contractor Payments | Deposit Returns | Tenancy Renewals | Property Compliance
The Role Tenancy Accounting• Collecting and authorising rent payments
• Preparing landlord statements
• Processing contractor expenses and payment runs
• Handling deposits, invoices and account reconciliations
• Monitoring rent arrears and chasing outstanding balances
• Supporting HMRC landlord tax reporting and annual statementsProperty Management
• Instructing contractors for routine maintenance and repairs
• Arranging gas and electrical safety inspections
• Organising property inspections and issuing landlord reports
• Managing end-of-tenancy processes and deposit negotiations
• Coordinating license applications where required
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and preparing documentation
About You• Minimum
2 years’ experience in property management, lettings administration or tenancy accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Experience with property management software (Alto beneficial but not essential)
Package - £35,000 salary
- Commission opportunities through Rental Protection Insurance
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Additional time off over Christmas
- Company pension (3% employer / 5% employee)
