Sammons Recruitment Group are looking for an adaptive and fast paced individual to join our Farnham, Surrey team as a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to support the ongoing growth of our South-East Generalist Division. Primarily focusing on office, commercial, industrial, technical, engineering and hospitality sectors, our highly experienced teams place talented temporary, contract and permanent candidates. Job Overview
As a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing high-quality candidates, co-ordinating staffing requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Management:

Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, and networking.
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability for roles.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate staffing requirements with candidates.
Book candidates into open bookings, with the assistance of the Temporaries Consultant.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and consultants, managing schedules and feedback.
Write and post engaging job adverts on various platforms to attract top talent.
Assist consultants in identifying skill gaps and market trends.
Onboarding temporary staff members, ensuring we have all new starter documentation including right to work, identification verification, proof of address, references, and any other relevant documentation and maintaining accurate records, tracking expiration dates.
Answering calls and emails from candidates and clients, assisting with general enquiries or escalating to correct team member.
Managing the creation and distribution of the Group-wide internal monthly newsletter, collaborating with all divisions to ensure accurate and relevant content, while fostering employee engagement and promoting inclusivity.
Managing social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Using MS Word to format candidate's CV's to showcase their skill set.
