The Role - Real Estate Solicitor - Disputes
Advise clients on a wide range of real estate disputes, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, land acquisitions, and purchaser claims.
Manage and progress your own caseload with supervision tailored to your level of experience.
Handle matters such as lease renewals, dilapidations, possession actions, service charge disputes, and enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants.
Work directly with clients across sectors including retail, education, sport, charities, and not-for-profits.
Collaborate with a close and well-organised team of solicitors and partners who value authenticity and high-quality client service.
We're Looking For
A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in real estate litigation.
Strong technical skills and the ability to deliver clear, commercial advice.
A proactive approach to managing files and contributing to team goals.
Interest in business development and long-term client relationships.
A genuine team player who's keen to grow within a supportive structure.
