?? What You'll Be Doing

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a student's journey-helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. Your role will include:

• Providing tailored one-to-one or small group support
• Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, nurturing classrooms
• Supporting students' emotional and academic development
• Helping manage behaviour and classroom routine

? What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:

• Experienced of working with children with SEMH needs
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Great communicators and team players
• Ideally trained or qualified in SEMH support (not essential)
