We're looking for an Engineering Team Leader to take charge of a small team on the night shift at a well-established manufacturing site. You'll be the point of contact for all things engineering overnight - giving the team direction, keeping standards high, and ensuring smooth handovers to day shift with clear updates on performance, issues, and progress.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a small team of engineers through night shifts

Taking ownership of engineering activity overnight and ensuring continuity with day teams

Driving continuous improvement and identifying ways to work smarter, not harder

Getting involved in site projects, installations and upgrades

Keeping a cool head and setting the tone - focused, proactive, and solution-led

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory engineering role

Background in FMCG, food manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment

Strong communicator - able to give visibility across shifts and keep people informed

A genuine interest in improving processes, not just maintaining the status quo

Comfortable working permanent nights
