Job Description

Responsibilities of the Account Manager / New Business Development Professional:

  • Responsible for managing an existing book of business and working with CRM to ensure clients receive maximum value from the service
  • Remote and face to face product demonstrations to prospects, trials and existing clients.
  • Maintain and retain existing clients while also up selling existing products.
  • Develop and cultivate new relationships
  • Book multiple new business meetings monthly
  • Address renewals in at least two months prior to contract expiry.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Remote and face to face client meetings.
  • Regular travel is required.

Requirements of the Account Manager / New Business Development Professional:

  • Strong understanding of the Fixed Income market.
  • 3-6 years experience
  • Previous Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience
  • Strong academic qualifications
  • European languages highly desired but not essential
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior level executives
  • European travel
