WORKDAY PAYROLL MANAGER, REQUIRED ASAP FOR GLOBAL LEADER IN FINTECH & PAYMENTS

One of the World's leading fintech & payments companies is looking for a Workday Payroll Manager, with experience of running a large payroll (2+ people), using Workday.
Payroll was previously run by an external 3rd party, however, earlier this year my client implemented Workday as their Financial/HCM Management platform, and payroll has recently gone live.
My client has c3000 employees in the UK and they need a Workday specialist, with operational experience of running a similar sized payroll for c2+ employees. Initially this will cover UK employees, and will be implemented across the rest of EMEA in due course.
You will work closely with the US team who are very familiar with Workday as a solution on this post implementation process improvement. My client needs a strong Workday payroll specialist based in the UK, to liaise with the US/Global team, to ensure the UK payroll with local/regional variances is effectively managed, the calculations are correct, so that when the monthly Global payroll is activated, there is a high degree of accuracy and minimal payroll queries.
My client does have a large operations team/call centre based in the UK, so there are quite a few variances to consider around hours works/overtime etc which will change every month. It is therefore very important that the processes are in place to ensure the payroll is accurate prior to the payment run being activated.
