Daily Rate: £89.05 - £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 - 15:30)

We're looking for caring, reliable Teaching Assistants to join our team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Whether you want full-time work or flexible day-to-day placements, we'll match you with schools where your support truly matters.

Your Role

Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Support pupils individually or in small groups
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Help pupils with additional needs and adapt to their learning styles
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Work closely with teachers and staff to promote progress and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children (across age groups is a bonus!)
A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
