Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Package

The Role

*

Manage mechanical packages on new build projects from pre-construction to completion

*

Oversee site activities, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery

*

Cover the following areas: Slough, Aylesbury, Oxford, Reading

*

Plan and manage resources, materials, and procurement schedules

*

Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regs

*

Produce project documentation including RAMS, reports, and O&M manuals

*

Chair regular site meetings and technical reviews

*

Deliver projects typically ranging from £500k-£3m in value

The Company

*

Over 20 years delivering Mechanical/HVAC projects throughout the UK.

*

Operates across both commercial and residential sectors.

*

Office based in Oxfordshire.

*

Team of approximately 30 direct employees, including office and site staff.

*

Annual turnover around £8.5 million.

*

This hire is due to company growth and a strengthened order book.

The Ideal Candidate

*

3+ years' experience managing mechanical services in new build construction

*

Strong technical knowledge: heating, hot & cold water, ventilation, renewables

*

Confident reading mechanical design drawings and managing site teams

*

Knowledge of Building Regs, CDM, CIBSE, and BESA standards

*

Experience working under JCT and D&B contracts

*

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
