Salary: £120 - £250 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured History lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan, prepare, and mark work in line with curriculum expectations
Inspire students to develop a curiosity and appreciation for History
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom engagement
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute positively to the wider humanities department and school community
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge as a History Teacher
Experience teaching History at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
Ability to motivate and engage learners of all abilities
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
