Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee planned and preventative maintenance across a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment. This role will suit someone with strong hands-on skills and experience managing maintenance activities within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and manage planned and preventative maintenance schedules

Carry out repairs, servicing, and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices

Provide technical support and oversee contractors when required

Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

City & Guilds #removed#th Edition, 2393 Part P, 2365 Electrical Installations or equivalent

Full UK driving licence

Proven experience with pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, and air handling units

Desirable Skills:

Experience with refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems

Strong background in fault finding and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment

IPAF Category 3B
