We require a committed and experienced Recruitment/HR Administrator to work for our well-established client based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire

The Recruitment/HR Administrator will be a key member of the HR team working closely with the senior management team and hiring managers to recruit talented employees from internal and external talent pools. This is an operational and hands on role providing full recruitment. A key role in ensuring that Cellmark is well positioned to achieve its commercial objectives.

Role: Recruitment/HR Administrator - Contract Until December 2023

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Hours: 37.5 per week - Flexible on start and finish times

Start Date: ASAP

About the role:
As Recruitment/HR Administrator your duties will be:

* Supporting the recruitment process, with focus on developing diverse and inclusive teams and ensure all applications are screened in line with consistent criteria and without bias.

* Support with improving the selection and assessment processes and the candidate experience.

* Support the hiring manager to clearly define the role and in the preparation of the job description.

* Undertake candidate screening and initial telephone interviews where required. Support hiring managers with shortlisting where required.

* Conducting pre-employment checks (e.g., right to work), DBS and security clearance.

* Issuing on-boarding documentation e.g., offer letters, contracts.

* Sharing the facilitation of the induction process with colleagues.

* Service delivery working to agreed SLAs.

* Support the HR Manager with headhunting via LinkedIn for more specialist, senior roles.

* Build relationships with external recruitment agency partners.

* Support graduate recruitment including attending graduate careers fairs.

* Support with general HR administration as required.

About you:

* Previous recruitment/HR experience

* Knowledge and operational experience of full recruitment cycle

* Experience of resourcing via social media and job boards

* Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems (preferably SAGE People but not essential as training will be provided)

* Experience of pro-actively recruiting difficult to fill roles through LinkedIn.

* Proficient in writing engaging job adverts and job descriptions.
