Production Operator

Location: Goole - James Street

Type: Temporary ongoing work

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm (no weekends)

The Best Connection is currently recruiting a Production Operator for our client in Goole. This is an immediate start opportunity with the possibility of a long-term role for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance is maintained at all times; H&S is the top priority
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Jet wash IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) wearing waterproof clothing and safety wellies
• Follow warehouse procedures including stock control
• Participate in factory cleaning schedules
• Respect and maintain operational and welfare facilities
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the site

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability essential
• Good timekeeping and attendance record
• Effective communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
