Are you passionate about unlocking potential and driving performance through innovative learning solutions? bpha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our newly restructured L&D team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of learning at bpha and make a real impact from day one.

About the Role

Reporting to the L&D Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our L&D strategy. You’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to identify training needs, develop tailored learning interventions, and foster a culture of continuous development and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships across the organisation, including on-site visits to various locations.

  • Supporting managers in analysing training needs and creating effective development plans.

  • Designing and delivering blended learning programmes and content.

  • Coaching managers as part of leadership and talent development initiatives.

  • Evaluating the impact of learning interventions and ensuring value for money.

  • Contributing to strategic projects and promoting a learning culture at bpha.

About You

You’re an experienced L&D professional with a creative and practical approach to development. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in analysing training needs and delivering impactful learning solutions.

  • Strong coaching skills and a coaching qualification (or equivalent, demonstrable experience)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.

Experience in both not-for-profit and private sectors, as well as line management and HR partnership, would be advantageous but not essential.
