Join a growing leader in innovative wastewater solutions.We are a specialist engineering company delivering scalable and containerized wastewater treatment systems for both municipal and industrial clients. Based in Leicestershire, we collaborate with international partners to deliver end-to-end engineering, from concept and design through to installation and commissioning.
We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of engineering projects from inception through to completion. This is a predominantly office-based role at our headquarters, with occasional mid-week travel for project meetings and site installations. (Travel expenses and subsistence will be covered.)
You will play a pivotal role in project and engineering management, team leadership, client liaison, financial oversight, and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Supervise and lead the internal project delivery team.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate design sub-contractors and review deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Apply sound commercial contract management, ideally with NEC 3 or 4 experience.
- Monitor project financials (P&L), submit payment applications, and produce internal and external reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related field (BEng, MEng, etc.)
- Proven experience in project, construction, and engineering management
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment or similar process industries is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Skilled in interpreting GA drawings and P&IDs
- PMP certification and Health & Safety qualifications are desirable
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
