Our client are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Coleshill. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the efficiency of our production lines and facilities, ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities - Maintenance Specialist

Leading the planning and execution of maintenance activities for production lines and facilities to optimize technical and financial resources
Overseeing daily operations, including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment and production lines
Managing and updating technical documentation for equipment and facilities to ensure compliance and accuracy
Proposing and implementing improvement projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce maintenance needs, and improve operational and energy performance
Responding promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize disruptions in the production process
Candidate will be on a PM shift working Monday to Thursday (2pm-10:15pm) and Friday (12pm-6pm)
Qualifications & Requirements - Maintenance Specialist

Time-served qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., HNC/HND or international equivalents for candidates educated outside the UK)
Proven experience using CMMS systems for maintenance activities, with strong skills in data analysis to drive performance improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to support manufacturing improvements and machine upgrades
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the business, with desirable experience in conduit production machinery
