Senior Architectural Technologist Conservation & Heritage Projects Cambridge city centre & Hybrid working £45,000-£55,000Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist ready to take on a leadership role? This is your opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning practice working on a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll be involved across all RIBA stages, collaborating with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions. With a strong focus on heritage, conservation, and contemporary design, you'll be working on some of the most impressive buildings in the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be doing: - Leading technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
- Managing and mentoring a small team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing technical design packages, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations.
- Contributing to practice-wide technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for: - A strong career history working as an Architectural Technologist.
- CIAT accreditation.
- Strong technical and detailing skills, with expertise in AutoCAD & Revit.
- A solid understanding of UK regulations and experience across technical RIBA stages.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in conservation projects is a plus but not essential.
