Company and Role:

• This is to support a bubbly 15 year old male with complex conditions on a 1:1 basis at home and out into the community for various activities such as swimming, zoos and loc
• This involves personal care , mobility prompts and seizure management

Successful Applicant:

• Previous experience and confident working with children or teenagers with complex conditions – brain injuries, cerebral palsy , epilepsy etc

• Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available

• Must have flexibility to pick up 2 shifts per week
