At Tradewind Recruitment, we are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a variety of schools in Doncaster.

As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant working through Tradewind Recruitment, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
• Promote positive behaviour and help manage challenging situations
• Adapt quickly to different school environments

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Flexibility and reliability
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
