Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Location: Cambridge Salary: TBC depending on experience Sales and Marketing Coordinator Spider are pleased to be working with a Finance Company based in Chittering in Cambridge who are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide an effective co-ordination of the Commercial Team and Marketing across the Company. This Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time permanent role with a salary on offer of £TBC depending on experience. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting the Commercial Director and be a key member helping the creation of success Credit Applications and strong ongoing relationships with customers. Key duties will include: Maintain a strong knowledge and awareness of all new and ongoing projects, by building and maintaining a good working relationship with Business Development Managers, Customer and Intermediaries. Co-ordinate the gathering and collation of all project related documents in conjunction with the BDMs to create robust credit applications. Liaise with contracts team to ensure approved credit applications are successfully moved through to completion. Work with the Commercial Director to monitor all completed applications to create Commission Reports. Develop and knowledge of Planning, Environment Agency, and any other permitting required for projects being entered into. Identify and co-ordinate the arrangement of Key Trade shows including the build and branding of show stands. Attend key trade shows and events as required to represent the Company. Work with Public Relations agency to continually develop and enhance the Companies profile in the market place. Maintain the content on the Companys website using the content management system and increase awareness Create regular reports on the funds required to service active projects and support adhoc jobs and projects as instructed by the Commercial Director Skills and attributes: Excellent administrative and IT skills including Word and Excel. Good numerical and analytical skills to provide relevant management information A team player and develop effective relationships Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
