A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an QSHE Coordinator to join their growing team, this a static on-site role where you will be based full-time in Sizewell, Ipswich.

Job Summary

As the QSHE Coordinator you will be responsible for improving the Environmental impact of commercial properties and the sites are kept to the highest standard, promoting a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly workplace. This role will involve organising Risk Assessments, reports and suggestions on improving the compliance of the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Reviewing the QSHE of the company for current and future requirements.

* Performing internal, project and supporting supplier audits to ensure processes are clearly understood and carried out.

* Completion of Client and management QSHE reports.

* Assisting with the development of new RAMS (Risk Assessments Method Statements) and making sure they are compliant.

* Working with the client F2F to resolve issues within QSHE and the SLA.

* Create, review and perform note taking for the client and support the business to meet SLA's.

* Process documents to government regulations ensuring that the jobs completed and the contract is compliant.

Qualifications and Skills

* Educated to A level or equivalent standard

* Internal auditor training or experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO45001.

* Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to assimilate and analyse information.

* A good working knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and IT.

* Clean Driving License

* Worked with clients both Face-to-face and over video calls.
