• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30?AM - 3:30?PM (term time

Role Overview

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needs in EYFS.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and help the pupil access the Early Years curriculum.
• Foster the child's independence, confidence, and personal development.
• Support with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, hygiene) sensitively and respectfully.
• Monitor progress and collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

About You

• Level?2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children with SEND, ideally within EYFS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, empathetic, proactive, and child-centred.
• Either possess or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
