I am currently working with a Public Sector client of mine who are looking for 2 Building Surveyors on an interim basis.

Day to Day Responsibilities

* Stock Condition, repairs and maintenance surveys

* Looking after an operational and industrial portfolio

* Reporting to Head of Assets and Repairs

About you

* Experience across public sector organisations

* Ability to hit the ground running within a Building Surveyor role

* Strong knowledge of building construction and defects

* Full UK driving license

The client is looking for 5 days on site as a preference, however can be flexible for exceptional candidates.
