Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a driven and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Projects Team. This is a key role overseeing the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring accurate valuations, proactive account management, and strong contractual control from pre-contract through to final account.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the commercial aspects of projects to ensure profitability and risk control
• Prepare accurate valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts
• Proactively manage customer accounts, resolving issues before they escalate
• Review contracts and subcontracts to identify and mitigate risk
• Maintain project reporting dashboards and support weekly project reviews
• Work closely with Project Managers, Directors, Finance, and the wider team

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Experience in commercial management within construction or related sectors (preferred)
• Disciplined, organised, and driven approach
• Strong commercial awareness
• Effective communicator with an ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence
