Join Our Team as a Transport Planner!

We are currently seeking experienced and highly organised Transport Planners to join our growing logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced transport operation where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and coordination of daily vehicle movements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage routes for a fleet of vehicles to meet customer requirements and service levels.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure legal compliance (WTD, tachographs, etc.).
• React swiftly to changes in the transport plan and resolve any on-the-day issues.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support out-of-hours operations.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in transport planning within a busy logistics or haulage environment.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts, 5 out of 7 days (including weekends).
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of transport planning systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible and proactive attitude, especially during on-call shifts.
