Are you passionate about making education accessible for every child? We're looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to support children aged 5 to 11 with a range of learning disabilities at a specialist primary school near Summertown in Oxford.

About the Role:In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with pupils who have learning disabilities, providing tailored support to help them engage with lessons, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. No two days are the same - you'll be part of a team making a lasting difference in these children's lives.

What You'll Be Doing:? Supporting pupils with learning disabilities both in class and in small group settings? Adapting activities and resources to suit individual needs and abilities? Encouraging independence, communication and positive relationships? Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff to deliver a holistic education
