BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer for the north west region.

Salary / Package:

£47,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to carry out the commissioning of BMS Systems and their associated controls
The production of detailed reports including commissioning reports, test results and as fitted drawings
The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus or BACnet
Keeping the project manager, service coordinator or director up to date

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced BMS Controls engineer
You will be familiar with most control systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, Schneider
Knowledge and experience of communication protocals such as; MODbus and BACnet
Experienced working within a commissioning or service position
Professional with a can do attitude
