A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Technical Co-Ordinator with immediate effect.

Your new company are a leading developer of Heritage a New Build Housing, which also encompasses Apartments / Fats, Listed schemes, and Conversions.

This role will be based on site in Bath at the below development. You will have day to day support in the form of an existing Design Manager and associated Design / Technical Team.

* Phase 1 - 8 Town houses, 5 blocks of Apartments, and Underground Parking - £70M.

* Phase 2 - 6 blocks of 5 storey Apartments - 220 Units.
