An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading team with a strong reputation in rural and agricultural property across the South of England.

This role has opened due to sustained growth, and you’ll step into a busy caseload from day one, working alongside a highly experienced partner who will support your development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of high-value residential transactions, including landed estates
• Advising HNW clients, private individuals and financial institutions
• Acting on premium properties across rural and regional markets
• Building and nurturing strong relationships through networking and business development

What Experience is Required?

• 4+ years' PQE as a solicitor or legal executive in residential conveyancing
• Experience handling HNW clients and their properties
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• Confident in managing complex and high-value transactions
