💷 Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 + 22% Shift Allowance

Overview

Working a rotating shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off, you will deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a live healthcare estate. This is a permanent position offering stability, a structured shift rota and an enhanced shift allowance (22% of basic salary). There is no on-call requirement.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the hospital estate

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults including trip circuits, sockets, lighting systems and small power

* Test and maintain emergency lighting systems and nurse call systems

* Undertake general electrical maintenance, small installations and improvement works

* Interpret drawings, specifications and technical instructions without supervision

* Ensure all works are completed in line with contract KPIs and statutory compliance standards

* Maintain services to the NHS Trust within a live, operational environment

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

* Approved Electrical Apprenticeship

* AM2

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G #removed#)

* Relevant Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (C&G / EAL / NVQ equivalent)

Other Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Ability to pass a Standard DBS check
