A global, leading and well-respected Lloyd's Broker, with a huge presence in the London Market Insurance, are actively now seeking a Senior Broker Technician, within their highly successful North American Property Division.

This role is best suited for experienced individuals, who are currently in a technical role for a Lloyd's Broker, with either current or previous exposure in creating client and market documentation for North American Property Risks.

Role Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Broking team to ensure smooth placement activities
• Providing full Broker Support duties and supporting the team where necessary
• Creating timely and accurate MRC Slips, Endorsements and Certificates
• Assist with Client and Underwriter queries
• Maintaining an accurate and compliant record of all placements via Global XB
• Providing an oversight and ownership of key contractual dates, including payment warranties and subjectivities
• Overseeing premium processing functions and providing support to Processing Technician's, as well as assisting with any queries

About You

• 5 years of experience in a Broker Support position for a Lloyd's Broker
• Competent in producing MRC Slips and Endorsements
• Experience in North American Property Insurance Risks - similar classes may be considered
• Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
