Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted 1:1 mentoring for students with barriers to learning
Support small intervention groups focused on confidence, organisation, or exam preparation
Build trusting relationships with students to promote engagement
Liaise with pastoral staff and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans
Monitor progress and contribute to student reviews

Requirements:

A degree (Psychology, Education or Social Sciences ideal)
Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic approach
Ability to motivate and mentor young people
A passion for supporting student development and wellbeing
