Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Sheffield Primary Schools (EYFS to KS2)
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a passionate and flexible Teaching Assistant to support children across a variety of primary schools in the Sheffield area. This role offers the chance to work across different year groups, supporting children from EYFS through to Key Stage 2, including those with additional learning needs.

What the Role Involves:

Assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities and lesson delivery

Supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

Working with small groups or 1:1 with children who require extra support

Providing help during lessons to ensure all children can participate and achieve their best

Helping to create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with primary-aged children (EYFS to KS2)

Level 2 TA qualification or above

Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
