We're looking for an experienced Electrical and Controls Lead to manage and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing training in electrical and mechanical systems.

* Ensure all electrical and control systems comply with safety standards and company policies.

* Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.

* Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.

* Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain high product standards.

* Manage maintenance budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track performance.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.

* Stay up to date with the latest technologies (PLCs, SCADA) and support the team's development.

* Prepare monthly reports on equipment performance and solutions to recurring issues.

What We're Looking For:

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar.

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within FMCG or manufacturing.

* Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and maintenance management systems like Idhammar CMMS.

* Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
