We have registered an excellent part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week for this interesting market leader. The role will require you to work a few hours every day (Monday to Friday), so please only apply if this is something you can commit to.

Please note, this is a part-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Recruitment and HR Administrator Responsibilities

Taking charge of the recruitment inbox
Liaising with applicants and assisting with their queries
Processing applications
Collaborating with line managers
Arranging interviews
Various administrative tasks focussed on onboarding
Right to work checks

Recent experience within recruitment and HR administration, within a commercial business
Process driven approach, able to work independently
Happy to work up to 20 hours per week, split over Monday to Friday
Strong IT skills, experience using HRIS systems

This role is based in Kidlington and has parking available on site
