A rapidly expanding quantity surveying consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with recent or current NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract experience to work autonomously as a Cost Advisor.

The Quantity Surveyor's / Cost Advisor role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working on site (3-4 days a week) in Sussex, overseeing and reporting on a large scale, £100m+ council unit project.

The successful Quantity Surveyor must have NEC contract experience (3 and/or 4), client facing, and able to work autonomously, whilst reporting directly to the Head of Cost Management.
