Site Manager - South London - New Build School - Enhanced DBSA leading main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a DBS Site Manager for a new build modular school project in South London. The project is due to start on site in early 2026 completing in Summer 2027.

Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, the successful site manager will be required to oversee certain areas of the build organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.

Role/duties:

• Ensure smooth on site construction process
• Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
• Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
• Strong understanding of H&S requirements and regulations

Relevant qualification and tickets - Enhanced DBS, Black or Gold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
