New Opportunity – Warehouse Operative (Heathrow Area)

Location: Feltham

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team based near Heathrow. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse and freight handling experience who is looking to join a busy and well-established operation.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday

Sunday: 07:00 – 13:00

Monday to Thursday: 09:30 – 18:00

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations including the use of materials handling equipment
• Managing inbound and outbound freight shipments
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
• Maintaining warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards
• Carrying out warehouse administration
• Operating forklifts when required
• Driving company vehicles when required
• Conducting warehouse health and safety checks
• Ensuring the security of the warehouse and stored cargo
• Managing workloads effectively and prioritising tasks

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or freight environment
• Valid forklift licence
• Full clean driving licence
• Good understanding and practical knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and work proactively
