I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to work for a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Manager within their reputable nursing home in Boston.

The home provides person-centred elderly, dementia, physical disability, mental health and learning disability care for 40 residents. They have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC and have an excellent reputation.

As the Home Manager your responsibilities will include:

Leading the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
Liaising with local authorities, CQC
Care planning, assessments and reviews
Audits and budget managementYou should have previous experience of leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC and good knowledge of care home finances/ budgeting.
