We're seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded National Account Manager to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven luxury beauty brand. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our national retail presence, driving growth, and deepening partnerships with leading retailers.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

* Own and lead the management of key national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand alignment

* Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, promotional planning, and joint business planning (JBPs)

* Build and nurture senior-level relationships with buyers and retail partners across commercial and supply chain functions

* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver seamless execution and brand consistency

* Analyse sales data, market trends, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks

* Drive excellence in account performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

What You'll Bring:

* 3 + years' experience in National Account Management within the luxury beauty, prestige personal care, or premium FMCG sectors

* Proven track record of delivering commercial growth across multiple national retailers (e.g. Boots, John Lewis, department stores)

* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels

* Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities

* A passion for luxury beauty, fragrance, and sustainability, with a deep understanding of premium consumer expectations

* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable
