£13.96 per hour
Bangor | Monday to Friday | 37 hours per week

Temporary 3 month assignment 
 
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and reliable Office Move Assistant to support a large office relocation project based in Bangor. This is a practical and hands on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active at work and supporting a team during a busy period.

What you will be doing

Supporting the facilities team during an office move project
Sorting, organising and packing files and documents ready for relocation
Recording what items are being kept, stored or disposed of
Ensuring confidential documents are handled correctly in line with GDPR requirements
Assisting with transporting packed boxes and office items to the new location using a company vehicle once the office is prepared
 
What we are looking for

A proactive and helpful attitude
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Awareness of confidentiality and data protection
No previous experience required as guidance will be provided
