Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own section of a high-volume, high-value sales ledger
- Work independently and manage your time effectively
- Monitor overdue payments using internal systems and Excel
- Proactively chase outstanding and current debt
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with departments across the business to resolve invoice queries quickly
- Prepare statements, reports, and escalate high-risk accounts when required
- Collaborate closely with the wider finance team on cash allocation and invoicing
- Carry out general credit control administration tasks
