Credit Controller – Permanent, Full Time, Office based

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own section of a high-volume, high-value sales ledger
• Work independently and manage your time effectively
• Monitor overdue payments using internal systems and Excel
• Proactively chase outstanding and current debt
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with departments across the business to resolve invoice queries quickly
• Prepare statements, reports, and escalate high-risk accounts when required
• Collaborate closely with the wider finance team on cash allocation and invoicing
• Carry out general credit control administration tasks
