HVAC Contract / Operations / Project Manager (Mechanical Bias)

Are you a hands-on HVAC professional with strong mechanical expertise looking to take charge of projects from concept to completion?

We’re seeking an experienced Contract / Operations / Project Manager with a mechanical bias to lead and deliver HVAC projects across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

The Role

• Manage multiple HVAC installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project delivery from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Control budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and contract growth.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in HVAC / Mechanical Project or Contract Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems — heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contractual obligations.
• Relevant mechanical or HVAC qualifications (HNC / NVQ / City & Guilds / Degree).
• Full UK driving licence.
