Aspire People is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND within a mainstream primary school setting.

This role involves working closely with pupils who require additional academic, emotional, or behavioural support, including children with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND

Delivering targeted interventions linked to EHCP targets

Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies

Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals

Encouraging independence and confidence

Maintaining clear records of progress and support

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 TA qualification (essential)

Experience supporting pupils with SEND

Strong understanding of inclusion and differentiation

Calm, patient, and nurturing approach

Confident supporting pupils with varying needs
