Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality and comprehensive technical and administrative support across all functions of the Market Management Service.
Help manage and monitor procurement, voids, and repairs, ensuring performance aligns with key KPIs.
Collate, analyse, and report on performance data, ensuring accuracy and supporting effective performance monitoring.
Respond to all team enquiries professionally, confidently, and promptly, demonstrating a strong understanding of all service areas.
Provide a service that is efficient, customer-focused, and compliant with both corporate policies and relevant legislation.
Offer robust and accurate finance support, including budget monitoring and transaction processing.
Requirements 

Previous experience in housing, local government, or a related field is desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working with performance and financial data
