Locations: NHS Sites - Ludlow, Whitchurch, Shrewsbury , Telford and shropshire
Department: Various Wards (Medical, Surgical, A&E, etc.)
Reports To: Ward Manager / Senior Nurse
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts
Key Responsibilities:Delivering nursing care including administering medication, wound management, and monitoring patient conditions.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans.
Monitoring and recording vital signs and ensuring accurate documentation in line with NHS protocols.
Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients.
Maintaining infection control standards and promoting patient safety at all times.
Supporting junior staff, healthcare assistants, and student nurses.
Adapting to the different clinical environments of Ludlow, Whitchurch, and Shrewsbury sites.
Requirements:NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Previous NHS or hospital-based experience
Willingness and ability to travel between Ludlow, Whitchurch, and Shrewsbury sites
Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in diverse team settings
Desirable Skills:Previous experience working across multiple sites or within NHS Trusts
Familiarity with electronic patient record systems (e.g., SystmOne, EMIS, Cerner)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Manual Handling certificates
