Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham - We're looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Nottingham-based team. You'll lead the delivery of construction projects, support junior team members, and act as the key client contact. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver multiple construction projects while leading and mentoring your team.

Act as the main liaison with clients and the wider design team.

Promote the business externally and contribute to new business development.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS or working towards chartership within 3 years.

*

Minimum 3 years' consultancy experience running your own projects.

*

Strong communication, measurement (ideally CostX), and project management skills.

*

UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
