Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Product Assurance Engineer for their site in Buckinghamshire. The role will involve ensuring the delivery of high-quality hardware by monitoring compliance across the full product lifecycle and working closely with project teams, suppliers, and customers.

Product Assurance Engineer
Job Description

Participate in key project lifecycle reviews, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure milestones, quality standards, and contractual requirements are consistently met.
Support creation and maintenance of product assurance documentation, ensuring full compliance with ECSS and contract requirements across all programme phases.
Monitor hardware through manufacturing and testing, reviewing supplier documentation and data packs to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to technical standards.
Assist with non-conformance management, supporting RCA, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement activities across internal and supplier processes.
Contribute to EIDP preparation, RID resolution, and verification of KIPs/MIPs to maintain robust product assurance and delivery quality. 
Product Assurance Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Prior experience in a Quality or Product Assurance role, ideally within the space, aerospace, or defence sector.
Strong knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.
Familiarity with technical documentation and interpreting engineering drawings/specifications.
While not essential experience of working in a cleanroom environment would be advantageous.
